Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a UPCdeal account, place an order, or download UPC codes from the service.
Service
UPCdeal sells digital packages of UPC codes. After verified payment, the codes allocated to your order are delivered in a downloadable notepad file. No physical product is shipped.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. Orders and downloads are available only to the signed-in account that purchased them.
Orders and payment
Package quantity, currency, price, and payment provider are shown before payment. An order is fulfilled only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. A failed or unverified payment does not create a right to UPC delivery.
Digital delivery
The order file remains available for seven days after fulfillment. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing the file during that period. Download access may end after the stated expiry.
Use of UPC codes
You are responsible for confirming that purchased codes are suitable for your products, sales channels, and applicable rules before use. UPCdeal is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party marketplaces, and acceptance by any particular platform is not guaranteed.
Problems and refunds
Contact us promptly if payment is captured but delivery fails, the quantity is incorrect, or the file cannot be accessed. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another customer's orders, or use purchased codes for unlawful activity.
